Made in USA 🇺🇲

Our clappers produce the flattest, crispest seams possible for Tailors, Quilters, and all sewing crafts enabling the setting of a seam and making hems flat and folded over. No more bulky seams.

This Heirloom Quality Clapper presses fabric flat and crisp with the use of a steam iron by absorbing the steam and heat from ironing. Flat Crisp Seams enable you to easily assemble your Sewing Projects.

Have you ever used a quilting/tailoring clapper before? Well once you do, you will not know how you've lived without one because our clappers make the crispest seams possible. Our customers say, "Wow! A clapper that actually works."

✨ This exquisite Zebra Wood top clapper has a middle layer of American Black Walnut, and a bottom layer of Maple and is fused together using a non-toxic, heat resistant, and 100% waterproof adhesive which makes it superior for use with steam ironing. Zebra wood is an exotic hardwood imported from South America and Africa.

Heirloom Quality: Superior Craftsmanship and Buttery Smooth Finish.

APPROXIMATE WEIGHTS PER CLAPPER
1 Pound

Please note that wood naturally has different color, grain patterns, and unique features.

The bottom of the clapper is unfinished (bare wood). In order to draw out the natural beauty of the wood and to protect its surface, we apply a micro thin layer of 100% natural linseed oil to the top and sides. Our application technique in no way affects the clapper's function.

✨ If you want the entire clapper bare wood just make a note to seller during checkout. ✨

See our other listings for many more clapper varieties. We offer domestic hardwoods such as Cherry, Maple, and Locust, as well as exotic woods such as Zebra, Jatoba, Purple Heart, and Yellow Heart.

This is a beautifully finished, well thought-out clapper, that’s both functional and pleasing to the eye and hand. I asked the seller, if possible, to select wood with the most figuring or grain variation and he did not disappoint! Very pleased and highly recommend!

The wood in this clapper is absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship is perfect also. Highly recommend this seller as I've purchased multiple clappers and all are beautiful and very well made
